WHAT’S HAPPENING

FAQ

Meter installation will begin in April of 2022 and will continue into 2023.

Yes, but not at the same time. Your electric meter will be installed first, and your water meter installed at a later date.

No, there is no cost to you for the meter replacement.

A door hanger will be hung after the installation to indicate whether the electric or water meter was replaced.

You will receive your electric and water bill just like before. You may notice two different meter readings one from the old meter and one from the new meter. These combine to your normal monthly bill.
