Water service will only be provided where a water main of adequate size
exists in front of the property to be served. Any extension or enlargement
of water mains are subject to the Utility's water main extension policy
and paid for by the water users involved.
If the service line and tap are completed by the owner or contractor, a
meter installation charge of $300 for .75" and $350 for 1.0" applies.

Other Fees
Water Protection Surcharge
$1.50/month residential water bills
$2.00/month accounts served under Bryan Electric Department General Service rate Schedule
$2.50/month accounts served under Bryan Electric Department Large Power Rate Schedule
$25 for establishment, re-establishment or reconnection of service
at new or different locations
$10 to turn water service off or on for seasonal changes such as lawn
irrigation or vacations
