Internet Tech Support provides the technical assistance for Bryan Municipal Utilities
Internet service. Our technical staff is trained in computer and
networking support. We maintain all the Internet equipment such as
routers, servers, firewalls and cable modems. We also configure new
e-mail addresses and web sites, provision cable modems, and provide
customer service. In addition, we staff the helpdesk for BMU
customers to call when they have questions about their Internet service.
Helpdesk Hours
Monday to Friday - 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Saturday - 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
