Since our fiber lines are mostly underground and the system electronics are redundant by design, disruptions in service are rare. Nevertheless, traffic accidents, underground construction accidents, and equipment failure can result in the loss of service. Whatever the cause, our crew will work to restore your cable television or Internet service as quickly as possible. To report a problem with your service, call us at 419-633-6130 during regular business hours or 419-633-6150 after 5 p.m. and on weekends.

Locating Underground Lines

Bryan Municipal Utilities is a member of OUPS (Ohio Utility Protection Service). This is a state-run agency that provides free locating service of all underground utilities. Just Call Before You Dig at least 48 hours in advance: 1-800-362-2764.
