International Federation of Popular Sports
Distance: 11 Km.
Start/Finish: Sauder’s Heritage Inn (the walk box is located at the
front desk in the hotel lobby), 22611 State Route 2, Archbold, OH.
Times: Sauder’s Heritage Inn is always open. Please walk during
daylight hours only.
Trail: Rated 1, consisting of city streets and paved and gravel
trails. The gravel trail may be difficult for strollers and wheelchairs. Pets
must be leashed. No pets are allowed inside the start/finish point.
Registration: Walk is free and all are welcome. All participants must
obtain a start card per AVA regulations. IVV credit is $2.00. This credit counts
towards acquisition of IVV Achievement awards. No pre-registration necessary. No
refunds will be given for any reason. The walk will be held regardless of
weather conditions.

Restrooms: Available at start/finish point, at Ruihley Park, at eating
establishments along the route, and at campground. Water is also available at
all of these places.

Directions: Take Ohio Turnpike to Exit 25. Take State Route 66 South
towards Archbold. Turn left (East) on State Route 2 and follow signs to Sauder
Village. From south, take State Route 2 (West) past the Toledo Airport. State
Route 20A runs west with State Route 2. Take Route 20A to State Route 66, then
follow above directions.
Other Attractions: Sauder’s Village is open from mid-April until
late October. There is an admission fee. The Gift Shop, The Barn Restaurant and
the Doughbox Bakery are open year round (closed on Sundays). Ruihley Park
features 30 animated, lighted holiday displays starting the day after
Thanksgiving and continuing until New Year’s Day.
